Ethan “EB” Banning

Ethan is a CSCS (Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist), CPR/AED certified, and an active member of the CSCCa, NSCA and is among the Who’s Who of Sports Performance Coaches.

His area of expertise is in Strength and Conditioning with an emphasis on Athletic Development and Injury Prevention. Ethan’s work experience in the Performance field is extensive and diverse. He spent five years as a collegiate Director of Sports Performance, five years as the Strength Consultant to the MLB Office of the Commissioner, and another five years coaching college football.

A former college football player walk-on, EB went on to become a four-year letterman, team captain, and a leader of the winning-est class in school history at Eastern Illinois University. Football has always been something that Ethan has enjoyed, but Sports Performance is his passion. After having a “cup of coffee” with the NFL, Ethan went on to play Arena Football. During his 8 year Arena Football career he helped lead two different franchises to Two World Championships in a three year period.

Ethan started training his first paying clients at age 16, and has been doing Sports Performance work ever since. Now, with nearly 30 years of training people to achieve unimaginable sport and fitness goals, Ethan has amassed an extensive resume. This resume includes thousands of clients, ranging from NFL All Pros to Collegiate All-Americans, Olympic Gold Medalists, MLB All Stars, High School Athletes, Housewives, and many others.
