Our “Not So Secret” Secret Weapon

According to Dr. Jerry Tennant, MD, author of Healing is Voltage, in order for our body’s tissues to heal and create new cells, the required cell voltage must be -50mV.
PEMF Research: In 1995, Siskin and Walker provided a summary of clinical results on soft tissue damage.

They observed no adverse from PEMF therapy effects and the following positive effects were reported:

  • Decreased pain
  • Reduced inflammation
  • Increased range of motion
  • Faster functional recovery
  • Reduced muscle loss after surgery
  • Increased tensile strength in ligaments
  • Faster healing of skin wounds
  • Enhanced capillary formation
  • Acceleration of nerve regeneration
  • Decreased tissue necrosis.

Accelerated Healing

PEMF has been studied extensively and have shown to accelerate the healing of injuries including wounds, joint pain and tissue swelling. PEMF has also used in the improvement of depression and anxiety allowing you to be healthier, stronger and perform better.

Improved Pain Relief

E+ Therapy can reduce, if not eliminate joint discomfort. It also feels amazing. Like a supercharged massage. Your nervous system will be placed in a parasympathetic state or a rest and recovery state, which is essential for healing.

Results from our Providers

The beneficial effects of Guided PEMF are often experienced after only 1-3 treatments. Some patients report immediate pain relief, improved range of motion, nervous system relaxation, and general sense of well being after the first treatment. View some of the results from our providers on social media. They are all reporting amazing results. Here

VICTOR MCBRIDE

VICTOR MCBRIDE

My name is Victor McBride and this is my journey from fat to fit in 3 months. I’m from Arizona and I work full time as a Project Manager. Having been a Div. I College athlete, fitness and performance had played major roles in my life. When I graduated from college, my life drastically changed and I slowly lost the motivation to stay in shape. It became worse every day.

I ate fast food at almost every meal, gained a lot of weight and lost my drive to train which led to anxiety and depression. So, I decided enough is enough and began to look for a solution. I asked friends and looked online and found Ethan Banning and Triple Threat Performance.

I was 17.6% Bodyfat when we started and depressed. With my busy schedule, Ethan recommended 3, 90 minute sessions a week. He laid out an eating plan that was clean and manageable. The first 3 weeks were really challenging, but EB guided me and coached me through those tough times.

Aching body parts and tight muscles happened but EB took care of it quickly so I didn’t lose a single opportunity to improve. Everyday presented a new challenge, but I kept showing up.

And, I hit my goals! I went from 17% bodyfat to 9%. I increased lean muscle and I overcame my depression. Thanks, Ethan and Triple Threat for pushing me to get back to being ME!

Alex Cherney

Baseball

My name is Alex Cherney, I am the head baseball coach at Scottsdale Community College.  My players have been training with Ethan for 11 years.  In that time we have won five Region I Championships.  We have played in the Junior College World Series five times, finishing 2nd and 3rd.  Our success is in large part due to their training with Ethan.  All of my players become athletes under his guidance.  But improved athleticism is only one aspect of why we are better with him.  Our players have a way of staying healthy through a long season.  The training that they receive is literally top notch.  I am convinced that they get the absolute best training available.  But, more importantly, and I cannot state this strongly enough, he makes my players better people.  He demands hard work and accountability.  No one falls through the cracks, or can get away with less than their best effort.  The players are forced to think and make choices.  They have to learn to communicate with adults, and how to function in another competitive environment.  The foundational principles that our program stands for are reinforced every single day that we train with him.  There is no doubt that our program is better, and our kids are better players, and more importantly better people for having worked with Ethan.

“Anyone, athlete or non-athlete, who is interested in bettering their physical well-being, should call EB and get involved in Triple Threat Performance.  He is extremely passionate about what he does and is highly regarded as an industry leader.  He does a remarkable job working with each client to help them master their health and performance.  EB’s interest in his clients extends far beyond what they accomplish at TTP.  EB cares, and it is clearly evident by the success his clients have.”

Darren Mougey

My name is Darren Mougey I am a scout for the Denver Broncos- I have had a relationship with Ethan Banning since my playing days dating back to 2010. I met Ethan Banning at Chaparral HS where we were both working as coaches at the time – It was then when I recognizes his attention to detail and passion for coaching and player development. When I decided to continue my playing career I opted to train with Ethan Banning and he helped me get back into the NFL as a player.

Ethan has had a very positive impact on myself as well as my younger brother both physically, professionally and emotionally. I can say for myself that Ethan was able to push me past my mental & physical limitations as an athlete and helped me to better understand by body and mental capacity as an athlete. I can also say with confidence that he instilled a better sense of detail and work ethic in my younger brother who worked under/for Ethan at TTP and also trained with him as an athlete.

I think EB sets himself apart from many of the others in the businesses because of his passion and detail to his work. Through my years of being around EB as both an athlete and professional scout I have watched him train all kinds of athletes and regardless of his clients age, sex or skill level his attention to detail and tailored approach to each individual athlete has been with high passion and attention to detail because that is who he is. I have always respected his continued education on physical performance and the evolution of training- he is one that is always looking for the next best technique but also one that doesn’t just into the latest fad without fully investigating and testing it. As a former athlete himself, coach of several different sports and a father to two young children he hasa good understanding and does a good job of adjusting his delivery and approachwith each individual athlete but always keeps his strong presence and delivery.

While training with EB I learned I was capable of much more both physical and mentally as an athlete. I had several injuries prior to training with EB and had moved on from several lifts- EB was able to improve my mobility and push me mentally to get back in the rack and under the bar which in turn greatly improved my physique and physical performance on the field. After training with EB and spending extended time with him as a coach I have a much greater understanding of an athlete physical mobility and mental limitations in regards to training and competing – it not only helped me individually as and athlete and coach but has helped me as a professional NFL scout today.

I was more than satisfied with EBs program when I trained with him as an athlete.

I would highly recommend any athlete or individual thinking about training with EB to do so. Put all your trust into EBs word and plan – stick to the plan and obey the details and you are sure to see results and be the best you can be.

I met all my physical goals while training with EB. I was clear with my vision and what I wanted to achieve and EB was thorough and clear with his plan for me- together we accomplished many of my personal fitness and professional goals as an athlete.

My experience training and coaching with EB has always been good. I would describe my time training with him as an athlete as “professional and physically challenging”

Some unexpected benefits gaining while training w EB were that I left w a much better understanding of overall training, nutrition, and how my body works not only as an athlete but in day to day life.

Brandon Schoeneck

Head Strength Coach Jacksonville State University Men’s Basketball

“I had the privilege of coaching with Ethan Banning at Triple Threat Performance early on in my career, and the things I learned from him provided an incredible platform for me to continue to grow as a strength coach.  When it comes to the design, implementation, and effectiveness of a training program, he is as good as it gets.  The level of detail and care he puts into everything he does to prepare an athlete is unmatched.  There is no one better I can recommend than Ethan Banning, if you want to work towards reaching your greatest athletic potential.”

Doug Dedrick

Adam Sonabend

Catcher in the San Francisco Giants organization.

EB has impacted me not only athletically, but personally as well. Coming out of a difficult 2016 season, I turned to EB for guidance not only in the area of baseball and athletics, but also for personal guidance in areas outside of sports. EB cares about the success of his athletes on the field just as much as he cares about our off-field success. I have found a friend, coach, and mentor in EB.

EB has a tremendous knowledge of the strength and conditioning world and takes the time to teach us as much as we want to learn. What sets EB apart is not only his knowledge, but his drive to always learn from his athletes as well.

EB has my offseason workouts mapped out and all I have to do is show up and get the work done. I came into training this year with a fractured wrist and a cast on my arm for the first 6 weeks of training and EB made the necessary adjustments so I could still train at a high level.

When I finished training with EB last year, I was at the strongest, most athletic, and healthiest I have ever been. The numbers on all major lifts were PR’s for me, while maintaining flexibility and athleticism that transitioned onto the baseball field.

I would recommend EB to any athlete at any level. The way his program is built, it is safe for athletes of any age and it produces great results. It is a fun environment with challenging workouts specific to the athlete’s needs.

Adrian Aye Darko

Doug Dedrick

Former NFL and Iowa State offensive lineman

I played for EB for 2 seasons at Scottsdale Community College where he was my strength coach as well as my position coach. I also trained with EB post college for my Pro-Day prep. I also interned for EB for 1 year and coached the Offensive Line with EB at Red Mountain High School for 2 seasons.

EB had a massive role in my success as a football player but more importantly as a man. I have maintained a close relationship with EB over the years as he continues to be a mentor to me in my professional and personal life.

For me personally, EB’s ability to push you beyond your mental limits and right up to the edge of your physical limits in uncanny. He has a way of making you push yourself to fulfill your potential. His ability to coach the mental aspect of playing and training is second to none. His “No B.S.” approach allows you to know precisely where you stand and that the only limitations you have are in your mind. His creativity mixed with his extensive knowledge of his craft make training with EB a unique experience you cannot get elsewhere.

If you trust the process and never look in the mirror you can compete with anyone. It’s all about hard-work and attitude.

The amount of work and level of difficulty it took to complete a training session with EB was unlike anything I’ve experienced through my years of training at many different facilities and levels. It’s hands down the most taxing program I have participated in and it yielded tremendous results for me. I can say without question the best shape I have ever been in was when I was training with EB.

At TTP you truly get out what you put into it. If you’re willing to put in the work at the level they demand, you will experience better results than you could have imagined both physically and mentally.

Volleyball

Triple Threat Performance was hands down the best training I’ve had throughout my 12 years of playing volleyball. Ethan Banning is extremely knowledgeable about everything he has his athletes do and he makes sure we know the proper technique and benefits of each exercise. While training with Ethan i improved in my vertical, strength, and flexibility. Triple Threat Performance is the whole package… strength, mobility, speed, endurance, diet, etc.

Football

I was a former collegiate quarterback and had previously trained with Ethan Banning of Triple Threat Performance for many years, primarily in preparation for college football. The experience that I had was different than other people/programs that I had tried before. Triple Threat Performance provided a unique approach to improving many areas (fitness, speed and agility, diet, etc) of my life as an athlete. This was especially important because, as a quarterback, you always want to get to the optimal strength possible, while staying healthy and flexible. There is no one better to provide this service than Ethan, and I know from many other collegiate and professional athletes I have trained with, he can tailor any persons’ needs no matter what the sport. Ethan is also one of the smartest minds in his field, and has been known and respected by every strength coach I was under in college football.

Wanted to thank Ethan Banning at Triple Threat Performance for the outstanding care given to my daughter. She recently rolled her ankle very badly at a VB tournament, I took her to see two different foot doctors who referred her for an MRI. When they looked at the imagery they found two ligament ruptures. We were told that she would not be able to due anything for at least 2 months , then she would need PT. After this she would have to work her way back to full play! Our daughter was heartbroken, this would mean being away from the sport she loved for a long period of time as well as lose all the hard work had put in this far. Thankfully our trainer suggested we look into Ethan Banning from Triple Threat Performance. Our experience here has been outstanding. She was cleared by both Doctors and PT . The clearance was given to go back to full play with No restrictions , within 6 weeks.
My husband and I ,along with both doctors and the physical therapists have been thrilled and amazed with her progress. We strongly feel our daughters quick healing was due to the unique modality called PEMF at TTP. I highly recommend you text or call TTP, Ethan Banning

Simply stated, Ethan Banning @ Triple Threat Performance is amazing – I was referred to Ethan after my chiropractor retired from practicing and Ethan took over my care. After seeing an Orthopedic Surgeon who assured me it was time to replace one or both hips with surgery I sought out some other opinions. I found Ethan. With Ethan’s treatment plan I have been able to continue the sport I love for at least 5 more years. I see him as needed, usually, about 1x to 3x times a month, he works on my hips, low back, groin and shoulders. One thing I like about Ethan is that as he treats me, he is willing to explain the why behind his treatment decisions. I am able to move pain-free and more importantly sleep without taking Advil or something stronger every night before bed.

I would and commonly do recommend Ethan to anyone who has tried conventional western medicine and is willing to drive to N. Scottsdale for treatment.

Ethan – thank you for all you do in my treatments, thank you for your treatment of an old goalie with no judgment and I hope to continue in your care for a long, long time.

Top shelf environment, highly represented instructors, state of the art, and fantastic results.

Came in with lower back problems and recovering from a wrist surgery… triple threat has helped me get healthy again and be stronger and faster then I have ever been before.

I barely hobbled in with a back injury after hardly being able to walk, bend over, or put my own socks or pants on. 3 days later I was hitting golf balls and doing a 5 mile mountain hike. They are GREAT at what they do. True professionals.

Kim Panozzo

I am a huge fan of Triple Threat Performance. With chronic neck pain and with very little movement, Ethan was able to get me back in action in no time with a few visits. There is nothing like this therapy and I am 100% all in on it. It’s life changing.

Kalli Hefler

I can’t say enough how happy and thankful I am to be one of Ethan’s patients. I’ve been going to him for about a year and in that time, I’ve really only seen him about five times. To me, that speaks volumes to how he works. Most recently, I went in to see him after I injured my neck. I came to him with very minimal movement and in a lot of pain. After the first 50 minute session, I was still in pain, but nothing even close to the level I was in prior. I also was able to actually turn my head, as opposed to needing to turn my whole body to look to the left! I saw him two more times and by the end of my third session, my neck was immediately almost 100% better. What I appreciate about Ethan and what he does is that he didn’t just go straight to trying to adjust me like so many chiropractors do. He wanted to loosen up the spasms I was suffering from and wait until my injury wasn’t in such an acute phase before he adjusted my neck. The way he approaches injuries is unlike anyone else I have gone to before and I truly appreciate it. He takes his time to get to know the background of his patients and truly cares about getting them healthy as quickly as possible.
